These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.livenewsmag.com (the “Site”), operated by LiveNewsMag (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
LiveNewsMag is a free directory of live news television channels. Channel pages contain information about each network and, where available, links to or players for live streams provided by third parties. We do not own, produce, host or control the broadcasts, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any network listed on the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:
- copy, record, rebroadcast, resell or redistribute any stream or content from the Site;
- embed our players or pages on other websites or apps, or remove or bypass any access tokens or technical limits;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Site or streams in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws of your country.
You are responsible for making sure that watching any content through the Site is lawful where you live.
3. Third-party content and streams
Live streams, video players, advertisements and other embedded content come from third parties. We do not guarantee their availability, quality, accuracy or legality, and their use may be subject to the third party’s own terms. Streams may stop, change or be removed at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual property
Channel names, logos and programme titles are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the channels. The Site’s own text, design and layout are owned by LiveNewsMag and may not be copied without permission.
5. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our Contact page that includes:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the address (URL) of the page on our Site where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
6. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third-party networks, and we do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or any stream will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Channel information is provided for general information only and may be out of date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveNewsMag and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveNewsMag and its owners and operators from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used, including by our advertising partners.
11. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
